AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT FOR THE-LITTLE ROCK,
POLICE DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO E%CEW. *750, . AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-

chase Photographic Equipment for the Little Rock Police Depart-
ment.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Photographic Equipment
shall not exceed the sum of $750.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
