AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE CAR FOR USE OF THE PLUMBING DIVISION OF THE
HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED 41,300.00, PLUS A TRADE -IN OF CARS
NO. X -91 AND X -95, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one Car for the Plumbing Division of the Health Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Car shall not exceed
the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred ($1,300.00) Dollars,
plus the trade -in of two cars, No. X -91 and X -95.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
