AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,500.00 FOR
PARTS AND REPAIRS TO DRAG LINE X120 FOR THE STREET
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMID FOR OTH-,R
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred 01,500.00)
Dollars is hereby appropri.atea to pay for Parts and Repairs to
Drag Line X120 for the Street Department of the City of Little Rock,
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrant in a sum not to exceed
One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars for the Payment of said Parts
and Repairs to Drag Line.
SECTIOF 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
