AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE SELF - PROPELLED ROTARY MIXER FOR USE BY THE
STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $9,900.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one Self- Propelled Rotary Mixer for the Street Department
of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Mixer shall not exceed
the sum of Nine Thousand Nine Hundred ($92900.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
