ONE FATLY RESIDENCES ON LOT 8 AND THE WEST 25, OF
GAL t S' ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, -
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Lot 8 and the west 25, of Lot 9, Block 5, Galla'herls
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has sufficient space
to aecomodate two one family residences thereon; and
IVHEREAS, there is located on the property known as Lot 8 and
the it 251, of Lot 9, Block 5, Gallacer's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, only one one family residence, which

residence is constructed on the west 38t of Lot 8, Block 5, Galla`herls
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
IYHEREAS, the public interest and welfare will not be adversely
affected by the construction of a one family residence on the east
11, of Lot 8 and the west �5t of Lot 9;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby amended to allow two
one family residences to be constructed and occupied on Lot 8 and
the west 251 of Lot g, Block 5, Gallas/ its Addition to the City of"
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
