ING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 ALL9 ING THE ERECTION AID
HOUSES ON LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 28, SIDNEY J.
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
M EREAS, Lots 1 and 2, Block 28, Sidney J. Johnson's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have sufficient space to
accomodate three one family residences Hereon; and
V1'F_h'EAS, there are located on the property known as Lots 1 and 2,
Block 28, Sidney J. Johnson's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, only two one family residences, which residences are con-
structed on the south 1101 of the property herein above described;
and
WHEREAS, public interest and welfare will not be adversely
affected by the construction of a one family residence on the north
50' of the property herein above described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKqYSAS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby amended to allow three
one family residences to be constructed and occupied on Lots 1 and 2,
Block 28, Sidney J. Johnson's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
