AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS SIXTY -SEVEN (67), SIXTY -EIGHT (68),
SIXTY -NINE (69), SEVENTY (70), SEVENTY -SIX (76), AND NINETY -SIX (96),
ALL IN QUEEN MANOR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9402:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots sixty -seven (67), sixty -eight (68), sixty -
nine (69), seventy (70), seventy -six (76), and ninety -six (96), all in
Queen Manor Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being property
in the southwest portion of said addition, heretofore classified and zoned
as "A" One- Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
as amended by Ordinance No. 9402, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, it being the intent herein to place
the aforesaid lots back into their original classification.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit,the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots sixty -seven (67), sixty -
eight (68), sixty -nine (69), seventy (70), seventy -six (76), and ninety-
six (96), all in Queen Manor Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That Ordinance No. 9402 is hereby amended as outlined
in Section 1 and 2 hereof.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
