r - BE IT , ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,,.

[ Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is
y. hereby authorized -to advertise for and a pley a
consulting engineer to advise the Traffic Bureau of
the Little Rock Police Department on vehicular traffic
matters and the Mayor and City Council on the develop -
f ' meat of the Little Rock Riverfront Drive.
Section 2. The consultant's fee shall be

1t. paid out of the General Fund not to exceed $250.00
per '%,pnth, of which-. ,$75-00 per month ehall be for
services to the Traffic Bureau and $175.00 per month
r; for services to the Mayor and City Council.
