AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUN OF $p7,500.00 TO BE
PLACED IN THE REGISTRY OF THE PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT
COURT, PULASKI COUN'T'Y, ARKANSAS, FOR CONDEMNATION SUITS
AGAINST THE S' OF T,OT 12, BLOCK 2; S2 OF LOT 13, BLOCK
1; AND S2 OF LOT 12, BLOCK 1; ALL IN STRONG AND WATERS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred
(t;7,500.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated to be placed in the
registry of the Pulaski County Circuit Court, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, for condemnation suits against the following property:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby auth-
orized and directed to issue the City's warrant in a sum not
to exceed 0,500.00 to be placed in the registry of the Pulaski
County Circuit Court, Pulaski County, Arkansas, for condemna-
tion suits against the said property.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
