AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $365.62 TO PAY
McANINCH & MAHNKER, ARCHITECTS, FOR THE ARCHITECTURAL
WORK PERFORMED IN PREPARING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE REMODELING OF THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER AND
THE ALLSOPP PARK PAVILION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Three Hundred Sixty -Five Dollars
and Sixty -Two Cents 33 65.62) is hereby appropriated to pay
McAninch & Mahnker, Architects, for the architectural work
performed in preparing Plans and Specifications for the
remodeling of the City Council Chamber and Specifications
for the Allsopp park Pavilion.
SECTION 2. 1'he Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby auth-
orized and directed to issue the City's warrant in a sum not
to exceed $365.62 for the payment of said architectural work.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and afte�ts passage and approval.
