AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 6815.18 TO

CRUSHED GRANITE PLACED UPON THE STREETS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a sum of money not to exceed Eight
Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($815.18) is hereby
appropriated for the purpose of paying to j-XXXXXXX THE -- -DON A
Company for 888 Loads of Crushed Granite placed upon
the streets of the City of Little Rock during the Month of
October, 1953.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in a sum
not to exceed Eight Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Eighteen Cents
($81,5.18) for the payment of said Crushed Granite.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its pass-
age and approval.
