AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 BY ALLOWING
THE USE OF THE REAR 25 FEET OF LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 9,
SIDNEY J. JOHNSON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING IN CONFORMITY WITH OTHER
BUILDINGS ON THE PROPERTY, AND ORDERING AND DIRECTING
THAT PERMIT FOR SUCH WORK BE ISSUED BY THE CITY
ENGINEER OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby amended
to allow the use of the rear 25 feet of Lots 6 and 7. Block 9,
Sidney J. Johnson Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkan-
sas, providing for waiver of yard space and directing that a
permit be issued by the City Engineer to allow said construc-
tion and use not to exceed "F" Commercial.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and the owner of the rear
25 feet of Lots 6 and 7. Block 90 Sidney J. Johnson Addition,
is hereby authorized to obtain a building permit and to build
on the property lines of said property. An emergency is hereby
declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
