AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM OF MONEY NOT TO EX-
CEED $800.00 FOR PAYMENT OF A RECORD AND TRANSCRIPT
IN THE CASE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK VS. W. W.
FINDLEY, ET AL., WHICH CONCERNS THE CITYIS WESTERN
ANNEXATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated a sum of $800.00
for payment of a Record and Transcript in the Case of the City
of Little Rock vs. W. W. Findley, et al, which concerns the
City's Western Annexation.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
directed to issue the City's warrants in a sum not to exceed
$800.00 on the presentation of bills by Charles Webster, Court
Reporter of the Second Division of the Circuit Court of Pulaski
County for preparation of the Record, and Vivian S. 0 ►Neal,
Circuit Clerk and Recorder, for preparation of the Transcript.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and pasts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and ap-
proval.
