AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM-1 OF FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($500.00) TO PAY THE SERVICE FEES FOR THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO THE UNITED STATES CONFERENCE
OF MAYORS FOR THE YEAR 1954, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI`iTY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Gen-
oral Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00) for the payment of service fees of the City
of Little Rock to the United States Conference of Mayors for
the year beginning January 1, 1954 and ending January 1, 1955•
SECTION 2. The proper City Officials are hereby directed
to take the necessary steps and execute such instruments as
may be necessary to accomplish the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or 1:a its of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
