AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT BUILDING LINES OF LOTS
BORDERING ON HAVES STREET, ON ALL LOTS ON THE EAST
SIDE OF THE STREET FROM WAjEM 8111 S7.REET TO LEE AVE-
NUE, AND ON ALL LOTS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET
FROM LEE AVENUE TO NO. 10 HIGHWAY BE SET BACK 65
FEET FROM THE CENTER LINE OF SAID STREET, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That building lines of lots bordering on Hayes
Street, on all lots on the East side of the street from-West
8th Street to Lee Avenue, and on all lots on both sides of the
street from Lee Avenue to No. 10 Highway shall be set back
sixty -five (65) feet from the center line of said street.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
