AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE N0,
4013 AND OF SECTION 2021 OF BRICKHOUSE AND CASTLE
DIGEST OF 1932 AS TO DANCO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WITH
RESPECT TO REPLACING PAVEMENT CUT DURING EXCAVATION,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,

SECTION 1. That the provisions of Section 2021 of
Btickhouse and Castle Digest of 1932 with respect to the rem
placement of the removed part of any street are waived with
respect to any cuts made in the street by contractor Danco
Construction Company acting under its contract with the Water
Works Commission for the laying of new pipe. -lines in the City
of Little Rock.
SECTION 2e That all fees to be charged for re.•
placement of pavement that is cut during excavation as set
forth in Ordinance Noe 4013 are hereby waived as to pavement
cuts made by contractor Danco Construction Company under its
contract with the Water Works Commission for the laying of
new pipe -lines for the Water Works.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
