AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,373.00 FOR PAYMENT TO
BEACH ABSTRACT & GUARANTY COMPANY FOR WORK DONE BY
THEM ON THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ANNEXATION, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY `iE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred
and Seventy -Three (01,373.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated
for payment to Beach Abstract & Guaranty Company for work
done by them with regard to information of ownership of land

in the territory which the City of Little Rock desires to
annex.
SECTION 2. That the mayor and City Clerk are instructed
to issue the City's warrant in the sum of $1,373.00 to Beach
Abstract & Guaranty Company in payment of the City's obliga-
tion to it.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and
approval.
