AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 2,000 FEET OF 22 -INCH FIRE HOSE AND 2,000 FEET
OF 12 -INCH FIRE HOSE FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $6,542.00,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 2,000 Feet of 21 -inch Fire Hose and 2,000 Fleet of 12 -inch
Fire Hose for the Fire Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Fire Hose shall not ex-
teed the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Forty -Two ($6,542.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
