ORDINANCE N0. 9472
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR;-
CHASE GALVANIZED WATER PIPE FOR THE REBSAMEN PARK GOLF
COURSE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTIOPI 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
galvanized water pipe as needed for the watering system at
Rebsamen Park Golf Course.
SECTION 2. The cost of the galvanized water pipe shall
be paid from the Rebsamen Park Golf Course Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
