AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TEN (10), ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12),
BLOCK TWO HUNDRED TWO (202), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS AND PERMITTING PARTS OF TWO MAIN STRUC-
TURES ON ONE LOT; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE QTY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots ten (10), eleven (11) and twelve (12), Block
two hundred two (202), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
1600 — 1612 Spring Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apart-
ment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same are hereby declared to be in "E"
Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver
of parts of two main structures on one lot and yard space requirements
to permit construction to within 15' of Spring Street, 101 of West Sixteenth
Street and carports as accessories to main structures are hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5/+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made•a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassi-
fication and rezoning of Lots ten (10), eleven (11) and twelve (12),
Block two hundred two (202), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "E" Apartment District and a waiver of parts of
two main structures on one lot and yard space requirements to permit
construction to within 151 of Spring Street, 101 of West Sixteenth Street
and carports as accessories to main structures as provided in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
