AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK SIX (6), JO'dES A
WORTHETI'S 0DITION TO TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; 111EN`DING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AA_EENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT 011AI ?`'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TTFE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot five (5), Block six (6), Jones and Worthents
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3019 West Eleventh
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance To. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot five (5 ), Block six (6),
Jones and ,-Iorthen'e Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall ta',7e effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
