AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHKENT OF A DUNBAR RECREATION
CENTER CO M TTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 6975;
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 9132 IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
EE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That under the provisions of Section 6 (P) of Ordinance
No. 6975, there is hereby authorized the establishment of a Dunbar Recreation
Center Committee.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 9132 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 3. Unless the provisions of this ordinance are put into effect
immediately, the peace, health and safety of the Citizens of the City of Little '
Rock will be adversely affected; therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
