AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $280,000.00 FROM THE
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS LANDS
FOR RIGHTS -OF -WAY FOR THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE; A'1'rD FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of y�280,000.00
from the Highway Construction Fund for purchase of the following lands
necessary for the furnishing of rights -of -way for the construction of
the Riverfront Drive, to -wit:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City- Clerk are hereby authorized

to the parties named for the purchase of said lands, said warrants to
be drawn upon the HiUhway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passaSe.
