AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $18001.59 FROM THE PARK CONSTRUCTION
FUND, $175.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND, $12060.60 FROM
THE FIRE)DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND, AND $455.06 FROM THE LIBRARY
LAND FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$189301.59 from the Park Construction Fund, $175.00 from the Highway
Construction Fund, $12,060.60 from the Fire Department Construction
Land
Fund, and $455.06 from the Library /Fund for the payment of the
following bills:
PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND:
R. L. O'Bryant Company $ 5,930.18
P. L. Richardson Company 12,371.41
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Mark G. Garver $ 175.00
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
John F. Brett Company 264-70

Fire Appliance & Safety Company 551.33
Southwest Engineering Company 256-39

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
