f AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,500.00 TO
PURCHASE FROM OWNER, ALBERT L. FLETCHER, ROMAN
CATHOLIC BISHOP OF LITTLE ROCK, LOT 9, BLOCK 239
CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
TO BE USED AS A MATERIAL YARD FOR THE CITY OF LIT-
TLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'LITTLE ROCK,

ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred
($1,500.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated to purchase from
the owner, Albert L. Fletcher, Roman Catholic Bishop of Little
Rock, the following property to -wit:
Lot 9, Block 23, CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas
to be used as a material yard for the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby auth•
orized and directed to issue the Cityvs warrant in a sum not
to exceed One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500.00) Dollars for the
purchase of said property.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in coon
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
