AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT FOR TOWING AND STORAGE OF AUTOMOBILES
ORDERED BY THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO BE REMOVED FROM ANY
STREETS OR PUBLIC PLACES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PARKED IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK OR LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARK-
ANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT Oltli4I N6 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:—
SECTI(T 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized,-and requested to advertise, take bids for, and en-
ter into the necessary contract for the towing and storage of
automobi. ordered by the Chief of Police to be removed from
any stree or public places of the City of Little Rock, Ark -
ansas, pa ked in violation' of any of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, or the laws of the State of
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
