AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT FOR NECESSARY REPAIRS, SERVICE CALLS
AND THE CHANGING OF TIRES AND TUBES UPON AUTOMOBILES
OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS DURING THE HOURS OF NIGHT, SUNDAYS AND HOLI-
DAYS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION l That the Board of public Affairs is hereby
authorized ' and�requested' ,to advertise, take bids for, and enter
into the neces`eary, contract for the service calls, necessary
repairs and toe changing of tires and tubes upon the automo-
bilea of the lice Department of the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas during,, a hours of night, Sundays and Holidays.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
