AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE MATERIALS FCRR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF A FENCE TO BE ERECTED ON THE CITY -OWNED
PARKING LOT FOR THE IMPOUNDING OF VEHICLES; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to purchase the necessary materials
for the construction of a fence to be erected on the city -
owned parking lot to be used for the impounding of vehicles
towed from the streets by the Police Department.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
