AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING.,AND REQUESTING UiE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS.TO ADiVERTISE, TAJO BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE A ONE -HALF CUBIC YARD SHOVEL'UNIT ATTACHMENT
FOR A CITY OWNED LORAIN TL -15 MACHINE FOR THE STREET
DEPARTMENT OF THE.CITY OF LITTLE'*ROCK AT A COST.NOT
TO WCEED $2,900.00, AND FOR OTHER-'PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase a One -Half Cubic Yard Shovel Unit Attachment for a City
Owned Lorain TL -15 Machine for the Street Department of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Shovel Attachment shall
not exceed the sum of $2,900.00.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
