AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A
PIPE STEM LOT AND TO ALLOW AN INCREASED
DEPTH OF A PIPE STEM LOT FOR KATHY'S
SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1459), LOCATED
AT 13810 COLONEL GLENN ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Kathy's Subdivision
Preliminary Plat (S -1459) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(1) to allow the development of a pipe stem; Lot 3 of Kathy's Subdivision
Preliminary Plat.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provision of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -2 to allow an increased depth of the pipe stem; Lot 3 of Kathy's Subdivision
Preliminary Plat.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
