AN MDINAHCE ZSTABLISHING STRUT IWROPZt3BT DISTRICT N0. 599.
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE BOCK, AZBA]ISAS.
WfDRJS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than two - thirds in assessed
value of the real property located within the territory hereinafter described have
filed a petition praying that an improvement district be established for the purposes
hereinafter set out; and
W9ZRZOS,.after due notice as required by law, the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained
that said petition was signed, by more than two- thirds in assessed value of the owners
of real property within said territory;
NON, TMM ORZ, BE IT ORDAIBZD by the City Council of the City of Little Book,
SZCTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement district embracing the
following property in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, and 11, in Block 1, all in?srster's Subdivision
of Lot 5, in Block 2, Hyde Park Addition to the City of Little Rock;
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, all in J. C. Robinson's Subdivision of the
Si of Lot 4, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, in Block NBs, all in Ben Cos Subdivision
of Lot 3, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition to Little Rock;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 1, all in Western Hills Subdivision
of Lot 6, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 24, 25, and 26, all in W# Be Holt's Subdivision
of Lot 7, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 22, 23, and 24, all in Bintorse Subdivision of Lot S,
Block 2, Hyde Park Addition; p
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, in Block 1, all in Walthour's Subdivision
of 8j of Lot 4 and all of Lot 5, Block 1, Hyde Park Aftition;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 2, all in Walthour's Subdivision
of Sj of Lot 4 and all of Lot 5, Block 1, Hyde Park Addition;
late 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 1, all in Dowdy and Terry'sSubdivision
of Lot 6, Block 1 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 3, Hyde Park,Addition;

Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 1, all in Futrell and Johnson's
Subdivision of Lot 7, Block 1, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 2, and Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in
Block 3, all in Hahn & Holder's Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Ali.;
Lots 6 to 10, inclusive, in Block 4, and Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, in Block 10,
all in Sam W. Welch Addition to the City of Little Rock;
South 200 feet of Wj S of Lot 2, Block 2, and South 150 feet of * Sj of
Lot 2, Block 2, all in Hyde Park Addition;
South 150 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, all in Hyde Park Addition;
South 140 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, all in Hyde Park Addition;
for the purpose of improving and paving, in such manner and with such materials as the
commissioners to be appointed for said improvement district shall determine to be for
the best interest of the district, the following part of the following street in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
West 22nd Street from Peyton Street to Harrison Street;
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from any agency of the
` federal or city government, be assessed and charged upon the real prepsa;ty abate „ob ,
Said District shall be known as Street Improvement District No. 599, and
C. J. Hill W. B. Appel, Jr. and C. A. Suttor, Jr._ ,
are hereby named commissioners, who shall compose the Board of Improvement for said "
district.
