AN ORDINANCE ZSTABLISHING CUBS AND GUTTER IMOVMM DISTRICT N0. 600
OF THE CITY OF LITTLN ROCS, ARKANSAS.
WMMMAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than two- thirds in assessed
value of the real poperty located within the territory hereinafter described have
filed a petition praying that an improvement district be established for the purposes
hereinafter set out; and
WENS, after due notice as required by law, the City Council of the City of
Little Reek, Arkansas, has heard all parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained
that said petition was signed by more than two - thirds in assessed value of the owners
of real property within said territory;

SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement district embracing the
following property in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, and 11, in Block 1, all in Fbrster's Subdivision
of Lot 5, in Block 2, Hyde Park Addition to the City q Little lock;
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, all in J. C. Robinson's Subdivision of the
S} of Lot 4, Block 2, We Park Addition;
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, in Block "B ", all in Ben Cox Subdivision
of Lot 3, Block 2, We Park Addition to Little Bock;
Into 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 1, all in Western Hills Subdivision
of Lot 6, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 24, 25, and 26, all in W. Be Halt's Subdivision
of Lot 7, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 22, 23, and 24, all in Biniorse Subdivision of Lot 8,
Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, in Block 1, all in Walthour's Subdivision
of Sj of Lot 4 and all of Lot 5, Block 1, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 2, all in Walthour's Subdivision
of Sk of Lot 4 and all of Lot 5, Block 1, $ode Park Addition;

Subdivision of Lot j, Block 1, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 2, and Lats j to 12, inclusive, in
Block 3, all in Kahn & Holder's Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Ark.;
Lots 6 to 10, inclusive, in Block 4, and Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, in Block 10,
all in Sam W. Welch Addition to the City of Little lock;
South 200 feet of 4 Sj of Lot 2, Block 2, and South 150 feet of * Sj of
Lot 2, Block 2, all in Hyde Park Addition;
South 150 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, all in Hyde Park Addition;
South 1 feet of I8t 3, Block 1, all in Hyde Park Addition;
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing and guttering, in such manner and with
such materials as the commissioners to be appointed for said improvement district
shall determine to The for the best interest of the district, the following part of
the 011owing street in the City of Little lock, Arkansas:
West ?ad Street from Peyton Street to Harrison Street;
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from any agency of the
federal or city government, be assessed and charged upon the real property above
described.
Said district shall be known as Curb and Gutter Improvement District No. 600,
and C. J. Hill , W. Be Appel, Jr. , and C. A. Suttor,
are hereb, named commissioners, who shall compose the Board of Improvement for said
district.
SACTIM 2. This ordinance shall tape effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
