AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE EQUIPKM NECESSARY TO CONVERT A FIRE ENGINE
INTO A DISTRIBUTOR UNIT FOR USE OF THE STREET DEPART-
MENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO
EXCEED THE SUM OF 41,000.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
ICE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase Equipment necessary to convert a Fire Engine into a
Distributor Unit for use of the Street Department of the City
of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Equipment shall not
exceed the sum of $10000.00.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
