AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,600.00 TO
PURCHASE FROM OWNER, ROBERT H. GREEN, LOT 4, BLOCK
23, CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK TO BE USED AS A MATERIAL YARD FOR THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of One Thousand Six Hundred
($1,600.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated to purchase from
the owner, Robert H. Green, the following property, to -wit:
Lot 41 Block 23, CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
to be used as a Material yard for the City of Little Rock,
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby auth-
orized and directed to issue the Cityls warrant in a sum not
to exceed One Thousand Six Hundred ($1,600.00) Dollars for the
purchase of said property.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
