AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $3,500.00 TO
PURCHASE FROM OWNER, FIDELITY REALTY COMPANY, LOTS
7 AND 8 AND ALL THAT PART OF LOT 9 LYING SOUTH OF
THE CHICAGO, ROCK ISLAND & PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY
RIGHT -OF -WAY, BLOCK 26, CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION AD-
DITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE USED AS A
MATERIAL YARD FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
.�.A`.'DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred
03,500.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated to purchase from
the owner, Fidelity Realty Company, the following property,
to-wit:
Lots 7 and 8 and all that part of Lot 9 lying
South of the Chicago, Rock Island & pacific
Railway Company Right -of -way, Block 26,
CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION ADDITION to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas
to be used as a Material.Yard for the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby auth-
orized and directed to issue the City's warrant in a sum not
to exceed Three Thousand Five ($3,500.00) Dollars for the
purchase of said property.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con -
flict herewith are hereb y repealed, ealed , and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
