AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND RE(,UESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 15 SETS OF PATROLMAN'S BADGES FOR THE LITTLE
ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED THE
SUM OF $250.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION-1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase Fifteen (15) Sets of Patrolman's Badges for the Little
Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Badges shall not exceed
the sum of Two Hundred Fifty 0,250.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect inunediately upon its passage
and approval.
