V103MAS, a petition was duly filed with the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on April City Council to vacate and abandon all that portion of YeaMwood Road designated on the an Addition to the City of Little Rock, now Plat Book 4, page 254, in the off ice of the officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas No. 9,488 of the City of Little Rock, passed 26, 1954, asking the hereinafter described plat of Kingwood Place, appearing of record in Circuit Clerk and ex 9, and to repeal ordinance m orch 8, 1954; and SAS, after due notice as required by law, the Council has, at the time and place mentioned.in the notice, heard all persons desiring to be heard on the question and has ascertained that the portion of Youngwood Road hereinafter described has heretofore been dedicated to the public use as a street but has never been actually used by tto public as a street or alley; that all the owners of the property abutting upon the portion of Youngwood Read to be vacated have filed with the Council their written consent to such abandonment; that public interest and welfare will not be adversely affected by the abandonment of such portion of Youngwood Road; and that there was an erroneous description in said ordinance No. 9488; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas: 3ECTIoN 1. ordinance No. 9488 of the City of Little Rock, passed March 8, 1954, is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to that portion of Youngwood Road described as follows: 0 v Starting at the northwest corner of Lot 465, Kingwood Place, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, thence southerly along the west line of said Lot 465 30.0 feet for the point of beginning; thence south- easterly along a 170 121 curve to the left 46.8 feet to a point; thence south, 100 191 east 4.6 feet to a point; thence southeasterly along a 260 501 curvq to the lefts 97.0 feet to a point; thence south 211 east, f e feet to point which is the original southwest corner of Lot 463; thence south, 54 141 west, 50 feet to a point; thence north, 360 211 west, 14 feet to a point; thence north, 190 251 west, 29.0 feet to a point; thence north, 18 301 west, 88.3 feet to a point; thence north, 30 301 west, 75.0 feet to a point; thence north, 10 351 east, 40 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 3. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the PulaskiCounty Recorder and recorded in the deed records of Pulaski County. SECTION 4.
