AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING 30 FEET FROM CURB TO CURB
OF THAT PORTION OF STONEWALL ROAD WHICH LIES BE431EEN
THE INTERSECTION OF STONEWALL ROAD AND NORTH JACKSON
STREET AND FROM THERE TO THE WEST PROPERTY LINE OF
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3939,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That only 30 feet shall be required as a dis-
tance from curb to curb on Stonewall Road between the intersec-
tion of Stonewall Road and North Jackson Street to the West
property line of Lot 6, Block 1, Country Club Heights Addition
to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 3939 is amended to conform
to Section 1 of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
