BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTILE ROCKt ARKANSAS: SECTION 1, That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9550 is hereby amended by deleting the following sentence "To be eligible for advance.aent in steps an employee shall have completed a full seasones employment in the previous step" and substituting the following sentence " An employee shall advance to suc6essive steps on the anniversary date of employment in that job classification." SECTION 2., All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith �� are hereby repealed and this ordinance will be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
