ORDINANCE NO. 9563
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE REFUND OF TWO HUNDRED SIXTY
EIGHT DOLLARS AND FIFTY -N3]M CENTS ( =268.59) TO THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCI, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE DOCK, ARKANSAS:
. SBGTIONN ,1. That the Mayor and Vity Clerk are hereby authorised to issue
a City Warrant in the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Eight Dollars and Fifty -Nine
cents ($268.59), payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock,
which am is a refund to correct an error of duplicate payment made to the
City Collectorts Office by the said Housing Authority as their share of the
surfacing of the Gillam Park Access road adjacent to the Booker Homes Housing
Project.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage
and approval. .
