AN ORDINANCE AYPROPRIAi'ING = SUM OF ;;513.00 FOR THE
STUDY AND I1`:VESTIGATION OF THE FEASIBILITY OF ADDI-
TIONAL SOURCES OF WATER SUPPLY FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That a sum of Five Hundred Thirteen 0513.00)
Dollars is hereby appropriated to cover the cost of the study
and investigation of the feasibility of additional sources of
water supply for the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the mayor and City Clerk are hereby di-
rected to issue the Cityts warrant in a sum not to exceed
Five Hundred Thirteen (4.513.00) Dollars for said study and
investigation.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
