Ali ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF SECTION 3, ORDINANCE
NO. 9389 AS AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 5420, CHANGIITG THE
FRONT SETBACK REQUIRET,ZENTS AND OFF STREET PARKING PRO-
VISIONS IN THE "G -1" COM14ERCIAL DISTRICT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the front yard requirements in the "G -1"
District be amended to read as follows:
There shall be a front setback of not less than fifteen
(15) feet to the front line of the building, except as
provided in Section 17 hereof, on all streets in said "G -1"
District except West Second Street on which there shall
be a setback of not less than 20 feet from Broadway, West
to the present Missouri Pacific Railroad right -of -way.
SECTION 2. That the off street parking provisions in the
"G -1" Commercial District be amended to read as follows:
On any lot where new commercial construction is to be
placed there shall be provided an area equal to at
least thirty (30) percent of the total lot area, ex-
elusive of loading docks, loading spaces and the re-
quired front setback, for off street parking spaces for
vehicles. This area shall be so designated on the plot
plan presented for a building permit in the office of
the City Engineer.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
