AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006
AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9031, PROVIDING FOR ONE
ADDITIONAL JUNIOR MILK AND DAIRY INSPECTOR AND FOR ONE
JUNIOR CLERK IN THE MILK AND DAIRY DIVISION OF THE
BEALTH DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.
That the position of one additional Junior
Milk and Dairy Inspector is hereby created, and also the posi-
tion of one Junior Clerk in the Milk and Dairy Division.of the
Health Department of the City of Little Rock is created.
SECTION 2. That the Milk and Dairy Section of Section 11
of the
Health Department of Ordinance No.
9006, as amended by
Ordinance
No. 9031, is hereby amended to
read as follows:

SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately after its pass-
age and approval.
