AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING TWO MAIN STRUCTURES ON LOTS ONE
(1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK TWENTY -FOUR (24), BRADDOCK'S BOULEVARD ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots one (1) and two (2), Block twenty -four (24)y
Braddock's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 2801 High Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of two
main structures on two lots is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lots one (1) and two (2), Block twenty -
four (24), Braddock's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in "D" Apartment District and with two
main structures on two lots waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
