HomeMy WebLinkAbout9627ORDINANCE NO. 9627 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING VEHICLE AND PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC ON STREETS BARRICADED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PRO- VIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: M SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to remove barricades erected by the Street Department of the City ofi Little Rock, walk, or drive vehicles on streets barricaded by the City of Little Rock. SECTION 2. Such person or persons violating the provi- sions of Se6tion 1 of this Ordinance, upon conviction thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than'Twenty -Five ($25.00) Dollars, nor more than One Hundred - ($100.00) Dollars. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con - jflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be j in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and ap- proval.
