AN ORDINANCE TO ABOLISH THE POSITION OF ATTENDANT (CLINIC)
IN THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE TOTAL
SALARY OF THE P.B.X. OPERATOR IN THE HEALTH DEPARnENT
SHALL BE PAID BY THE CITY, AMENDING IN PART SECTION 11
OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the position of Attendant (Clinic) in the Health Depart-
ment be hereby abolished.
SECTION 2. That the total salary of the P.B.X. Operator in the Health
Department shall hereafter be paid in its entirety by the City.
SECTION 3. That Section 11 of Ordinance No. 9006 be hereby amended to
conform with the provisions of this ordinance and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after July 1, 1954.
