ORDINANCE NO. 9630
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TWO -HOUR PARKING PERIOD
BETWEEN 8 :00 A.M. AND 6 :00 P.M. ON SCOTT STREET BE-
TWEEN 9TH AND 10TH STREETS, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That no one shall park for more than two (2)
hours on Scott Street between 9th and 10th Streets between
the hours of 8 :00 A.M. and 6 :00 P.M. on week days.
SECTION 2. That anyone violating said parking prohibi-
tion shall be fined a sum not exceeding Two ($2.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and -approval.
