AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,500.00 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING EXPENSES INCURRED IN A
HEARING TO BE HELD BY THE ARKANSAS PUBLIC SERVICE
COMMISSION ON THE APPLICATION OF THE ARKANSAS POWER
& LIGHT COMPANY TO INCREASE ITS RATES, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
.ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred
($22500.00) Dollars be and it is hereby appropriated for the
purpose of defraying expenses incurred in a hearing to be
held before the Arkansas Public Service Commission on the
Arkansas Power & Light Companyls application for an increase
in rates.
