THE LITTLE ROCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED

BE IT OR-DA11121D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THZ-i CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION1. That the Board of Public ilflairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase an Automobile for use of the 11ilk and Dairy Division of
the Little Rock Health Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Automobile shall not
e:;ceed the sum of One Thousand Three Fifty (;, 1,350.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repez� edyand this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and -aft its passage and
approval.
