ORDINANCE NO. 9646
AN ORDINANCE TO ALLOW THE REMOVAL OF A GARAGE CONSTRUCTED
OVER THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN LOT 1 AND LOT 2, BLOCK 3, PFEIFER'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO A PLACE ENTIRELY
ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOT 2, BLOCK 3, PFEIFER'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASO AND ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE OF
TIDE RESPECTIVE OWNERS, SAID PROPERTY BEING LOCATED IN PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7888, SEC. 1503, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a frame garage is now located over the
property line of property of separate owners of houses located at
5119 C Street and 5123 C Street, which property is more particu-
larly described as
Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 3,Pfeifer's Addition
I to the City of Little Rock, County of Pulaski,
and State of Arkansas,
which garage was built prior to the adoption of Ordinance No. 7888.4
known as the Building Code.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 7888, Section 1503, is
hereby amended to permit the frame garage now located over the
property line of properties located at 5119 and 5123 C Street, to
be moved onto the property located at 5119 C Street, same being
Lot 21 Block 3, Pfeifer's Addition to City of Little Rock, Arkansas
and along the property line of the respective owners.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
